We are going to change our focus a little bit in the next couple of days. We just finished looking at leadership styles. We didn't look at every leadership style we did look at a handful of them. We will revisit leadership styles again and look at some other types.
I would like to focus now on what it takes to stay fresh as a leader. Leadership isn't a destination it is a journey. Once you become a leader you can't sit back and think "okay I'm done". Leadership is something that must be worked at and improved upon every single day.
We are going to spend some time looking at ways you can help yourself to grow as a leader. To kick it off I found this great article that you should read. "If You Want To Lead You Have To Grow"
