After a weekend of relaxation it is time to get back to talking about leadership. I would like to continue looking at leaving a legacy as a leader. As part of this look at leaving a legacy I am going to create a special page just for leaving and creating a leadership legacy. This week I would like to discuss the spiritual aspect of leaving a legacy. The three things we looked at last week were Vision, Direction and creating future leaders. Those three things are vitally important in creating a legacy for your leadership. However without the spiritual element all of that can become lost. There are three P's that I would like to use to look at the spiritual side of leaving a leadership legacy. They are Prayer, Praise and Progress.
