Spent the day today with the family at the Mall of America. I really like that place. Great place to walk and get some exercise as well as shop, eat and play. Going to a mall is a great way to relax with the family and get away from all of your leadership responsibilities. Every weekend leaders should spend their time relaxing and enjoying life. Maybe you enjoy leadership and that is great but having a change of pace is important. That is where I come in with my weekend blogs. I like to give you ways you can relax and escape from your leadership role. The Mall of America is a great place to do that.
